He learned how to play Monopoly this summer with his cousins. He’s been talking about it a lot the last three weeks. Today he asked on the way home from YMCA after school care if I’d play with him. I said yes but he’d only have time for a game with me or electronics. He said he’d rather play monopoly.
So we got home and I put dinner on the stove and we went to set up the game.
Our traditional game set seems to be missing all the money but the ones. This is his best frowny sad face.
Good news is, we also own the millennium edition.
Everything was in tact. Yay! It has been fun learning his game strategy. We played until dinner was ready and then moved it to the end of the table so we can play some more later this week.
Ironic note: during our electronics free time, I picked the computer as my game piece. He picked the globe.
